Due to the nature of the products being raw and cooked pet meat, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges as this violates health and hygiene guidelines. Please do make your selections carefully before submitting your order.
Of course, if we have made an error in what we have delivered to you, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement and/or re-delivery.
If there is any fault or damage with the product, we will conduct a review. Please email a photo to us, along with a description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess. This must be done within 7 days of your delivery.
